How long will it take to receive my retail order?

Once we receive your online order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship off. We ship all online domestic retail orders via USPS Priority. You will be emailed tracking information when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping.

What if my item was damaged in transit?

Please email us a photo of the damage and we will see what we can do about getting that replaced for you.

Shipping a package to someone as a gift?

Not a problem, we can ship directly to your special someone and include a gift message as well if needed. Please note the item is a gift when you're on the order page.

During the holiday season, it is possible lead times could be longer. Please check in with us to get an expected ship date before purchasing if the order is time sensitive.
